Luan Buleshkaj (Amsterdam, Netherlands, 1988) is a word artist in the broadest sense of the term.
Born and raised in Amsterdam, with Kosovar Albanian roots, he made a name for himself foremost as a rapper, but since venturing into the world of poetry he has performed on many renowned stages in the Netherlands. Through his work he raises topics that have to do with contemporary life in Amsterdam, male vulnerability, multiculturalism, inequality, activism, friendship, love, and his family’s recollections of the war in Kosovo.
