A key aspect of her practice is involving people, both in her work and with each other, in order to build empathetic relationships. Saraswati tries to find balance between the nature of human aggression and our capacity for recovery by creating space for real-life encounters. By assuming a position in a variety of circumstances, her work is the outcome of continuous reflections on who she is. She obtained her Bachelor of Fine Arts at the Bandung Institute of Technology in Indonesia.
