Milutinović’s work is about online radicalization and meme culture, diasporic and queer narratives, and the space where fiction, personal experiences, and politics meet. In their work, Milutinović seeks out collective knowledge and instances of medial mixing, and projects are often presented as an installation or publication. Milutinović studied at the Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam.
